The academic session starts from 1st April each year.
The entire syllabus is designed parallel to the CBSE New-Delhi pattern. And the complete syllabus will be issued to each individual branch, by the council.
The selection for publication of books can be done by the branch itself or with guidance of core committee of the council.
The lesson plan will be made according to the content of the books by the branches at its own concern.
The performance of students can be watched through regular monthly-tests. Record of it should be kept for cumulative assessment and gradual improvement of the child. However, the same will be done at the own concern of the school.
The examination system is based as per CBSE guidelines.
The Examination calendar of a session is divided into two parts. And each individual part is again subdivided into three portions, in shape of Formative, Formative and Summative.
Irrespective of the above, weekly or fortnight class-tests are also advised to the branches, at their own concern to make the studies more effective.
The course covers co-curricular activities like art & craft, dance & music, physical education, SUPW, and so on. The branches are advised to take necessary action and employ well-trained teachers for the above subjects, as evaluation of the same is also placed in the annual-progress-report.
As per CBSE guidelines, the proficiency level of students will be placed in progress-reports in shape of Grades only. All the subjects should be evaluated properly and the percentage of marks to be converted into grades as per the gradation-system, assigned below-
As per CBSE-norms there is no concept of pass-fail up-to standard-V. No student can be failed or detained in the same class (if unless the parents own concern), irrespective of results of annual evaluation.
The sample progress-report-card as issued by CBSE is followed by the council and all the branches will arrange to follow the same pattern.
Ragging, physical punishment and mental harassment is strictly restricted in the school as per the circular of honorable Supreme Court of India. All the branches will have to take extreme care of it, as it is a punishable offence.
